Return/Refund Policy
•Damaged or Defective Sofas:
If your sofa arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
•Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange your sofa for a different color, please contact our customer service team within 7 days to arrange the exchange process. There will be a cost to exchange colors.
•Non-Returnable Items:
Due to Incorrect size are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

We charge a flat rate for shipping within 20 miles. Please be advised, if over 20 miles, there may be an extra added charge.
